1 Scope and Contracting Parties
These Terms of Use govern the contractual relationship between Zentrix Zen, located at Großbeerenstraße 72, 10963 Berlin, South Africa, and you as a user of our educational platform for the development of social casino games.
By registering on futurebitlab.com or using our training programs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

3 Registration and User Account

- In case of suspicion of unauthorized use, you must inform us immediately
- We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for violation of these terms
Your password must be securely chosen and treated confidentially. We recommend using a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and special characters with a minimum length of 10 characters.
4 Duties and Responsibilities of Participants
As a participant in our educational programs, you commit to respectful and responsible use of the platform, other learners, and our instructors.

Rights of Use
By accessing our courses, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to personal use of the educational materials for the duration of your course participation. Any sharing, reproduction, or commercial use is expressly prohibited.
- Project work that you create within the scope of the courses remains your intellectual property
- By submitting projects, you grant us the right to use them for assessment purposes
- With your consent, we may use outstanding work anonymously as reference examples
- You commit not to infringe the rights of third parties in your projects
- When using third-party materials, you must be able to prove corresponding licenses
6 Academic Integrity and Assessment Performance
We attach great importance to honest learning and authentic proof of performance. All exams, project work, and assessments must be completed independently.
Violations of academic integrity include, in particular: plagiarism, the use of unauthorized aids in exams, the submission of third-party work as your own performance, as well as any form of deception or fraud.
Consequences: In case of proven violations of academic integrity, we reserve the right to assess the affected performance with zero points, exclude you from further course participation, or revoke already issued certificates.
- Source references are mandatory for all written assignments
- Collaboration is only permitted where it is expressly provided as part of the task
- The use of AI tools must be made transparent and documented
- Code snippets from external sources must be labeled as such
7 Course Completion and Certification
The successful completion of a course program requires meeting defined performance criteria. These include participation in prescribed modules, passing exams, and the successful submission of project work.

Certificates confirm successful participation in our educational program. They do not constitute a state-recognized professional qualification and do not establish any claim to employment or specific professional positions.
8 Disclaimer and Warranty
We strive to provide high-quality educational content and to ensure the availability of our platform. Nevertheless, we can give no guarantee for the uninterrupted availability of all services or the freedom from errors of all content.
- We are not liable for technical disruptions that are outside our sphere of influence
- Use of the platform is at your own risk
- We assume no liability for damage to your devices or loss of data
- Professional success or specific learning results cannot be guaranteed
- Recommendations regarding software or tools are made without warranty
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, insofar as legally permissible. In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for the violation of essential contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
Liability for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as under the Product Liability Act, remains unaffected by this.
9 Data Protection and Confidentiality
The protection of your personal data is important to us. The processing of your data takes place exclusively within the framework of the legal provisions of the GDPR and the BDSG.

10 Contract Termination and Cancellation
You can cancel your user account at any time. Cancellation during an ongoing course does not affect the obligation to pay the course fees incurred up to that point, unless otherwise agreed.
Notice Periods: For ongoing access, a notice period of 30 days to the end of the respective billing period applies. Single courses without a subscription character end automatically upon expiration of the access period.
We reserve the right to terminate user accounts extraordinarily if an important reason exists. An important reason exists in particular in case of serious violations of these Terms of Use, repeated violations despite warnings, or criminal acts.
- Upon termination of the contract, your access to all course materials expires
- Already issued certificates remain unaffected by cancellation
- In case of extraordinary termination by us, no reimbursement will be made
- Your personal data will be deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods
11 Dispute Resolution and Applicable Law
All legal relationships between you and FutureBitLab are exclusively governed by the law of the Federal Republic of South Africa, excluding the UN Sales Convention. This choice of law applies to consumers only insofar as mandatory statutory provisions of the state in which they have their habitual residence are not restricted thereby.
Online Dispute Resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution. However, we are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The ineffective provision shall be replaced by a regulation that comes closest to the economic purpose of the ineffective provision.
12 Changes to the Terms of Use
We reserve the right to adjust these Terms of Use as needed. This may become necessary due to changes in the legal situation, new features of the platform, or for other objective reasons.
You will be informed of substantial changes at least 30 days before they take effect via email to the address you provided. If you do not object to the changes within this period, the new terms will be deemed accepted. In the event of your objection, we retain an extraordinary right of termination.
