Course Progress and Assessments
Your learning progress, test results, and project assessments are stored during your active course participation and for a period of five years after completion. This serves for the issuance of certificates and allows you access to your learning history.
Portfolio and Project Work
Uploaded portfolio materials remain in your account available as long as you are a member of our platform. You can delete individual files or your entire portfolio independently at any time. After termination of your membership, all portfolio data will be definitively deleted within 90 days, unless statutory retention obligations exist.
Communication Data
Emails and messages that you send to us or receive from us are archived for three years. This helps us trace earlier inquiries and provide consistent support.
