Three Game Concepts We Develop Together
With us, you don't just learn theory. You work on real projects that will later be included in your portfolio. We will build these three games together starting February 2026.
Slot Mechanics with Bonus Rounds
A classic slot game with modern features. You learn how reels work, the mathematics behind them, and how bonus games increase engagement.
- Reel logic and symbol distribution
- Calculate and visualize paylines
- Integrate free spins and multipliers
- Sound design for different events
Card Game with Strategy Elements
This is all about decisions. We build a card game where not only luck counts, but also smart moves. Perfect for anyone who wants more depth.
- Deck management and card shuffling
- AI opponents with different difficulty levels
- Tutorial system for new players
- Tournament and leaderboard integration
Social Feature Game with Events
Games are often experienced together. This project shows you how to build friend systems, chat, and time-limited events – everything that brings players back.
- Friend lists and gift systems
- Real-time events with limited duration
- Notifications without annoying exaggeration
- Data synchronization across multiple devices
Try out a finished demo game
Before you decide, take a look at what such a game looks like. This one was developed by previous participants and shows what is possible.
How the Development Process Works
We don't start with complicated systems. Every step builds on the previous one. This way, you maintain an overview and see progress quickly.
Basic Concept and First Prototypes
We start with paper prototypes and simple click dummies. No programming at the beginning – just testing ideas and seeing what's fun. This takes about two weeks.
Building Game Mechanics
Now we start programming. You implement the basic logic – reels spin, cards are shuffled, points are counted. Here you notice whether the idea works or needs to be adjusted.
Design and User Experience
A game must not only function, it must also look good. You work with UI elements, animations, and color schemes. Sounds like minor details, but it makes the difference.
Testing and Optimization
Other participants play your game. You receive honest feedback and improve what isn't running smoothly. Some errors you only see when someone else looks at it.
Completion and Portfolio Integration
The game is finished. You document the process, write a short description, and put everything into your portfolio. That will be important later when you want to showcase your work.
